Tracie is passionate about meeting people where they are at, and providing a trauma informed and person centred mental heath care. Tracie works with children, youth, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, complex family dynamics, life stressors, low self-esteem, ADHD, perinatal grief and loss, and trauma

Crystal strives to provide an environment where people feel seen and heard. Crystal works with children and adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use, and past trauma and abuse. She can also support life challenges such as relationship issues, stress, self-esteem and identity.
Crystal Fleury is a certified Wrap Canada trainer, coach, and facilitator that also serves as a Co-Director on Wrap Canada's WrapAround Training Institute.
If your organization is considering implementing a WrapAround initiative, Crystal can discuss with you what would be required as well as provide staff training and ongoing support services. Pricing is based on level of services provided.
Presentations for organizations or businesses looking to learn more about mental health, mental wellness, work-life balance, morale, mindset, or how stress impacts the work environment are offered through Holistic Journey Counselling Services. Please contact for availability and pricing.

1) Referral: Referral for services can be by individuals,
parents/guardians, family members, or agencies.
All services are voluntary and flexible to the needs
of each individual.
2) Assessment: Each individual will receive up to two hours for an
initial assessment of needs. During the
assessment, the provider will explore any potential
barriers to services and make a plan so that
services are accessible.
3) Ongoing Counselling: Our counsellors are trained in multiple treatment
modalities in working with trauma and diverse
mental health needs. Length and frequency of
service is determined through discussion between
the individual and the counsellor.
4) Referral to Other Services: As needed, our counsellors will refer to outside
community agencies to support the holistic needs
of the individual or their family.
